Atty. Spodnick graduated 2nd in his class in 1989 and then founded his own law firm in 199. He has solely represented injured Plaintiffs since that time. He was Board Certified as a "Civil Trial Advocate" by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in 2003. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and has been named a "Superlawyer" in 2007, 2008 & 2009. Referrals of Personal Injury cases are accepted from other members of the Bar, including Burn Injuries, Death Cases, Auto Accidents, Nursing Home Malpractice and Fall Down Injuries. Atty. Spodnick recently lectured on the topic of Jury Selection to members of The Connecticut Trial Lawyers.
