Joel Feldman developed an interactive, scientifically-guided, evidence-based distracted driving awareness program integrating health communication, behavioral change, and targeted persuasion principles. Distracted driving speaker Joel Feldman has been a practicing attorney for more than 30 years and regularly represents those injured, or family members of those killed, by distracted drivers. Feldman readily admits that even with representing victims of distracted driving crashes, he frequently drove distracted until his daughter’s death. Since January 2012, Joel has personally given nearly 400 presentations across the US and Canada.

Through CTLA's Public Relations Committee Chaired by Marisa Bellair, Lynch, Traub, Keefe & Errante, PC  and Eric Smith, Faxon Law Group, LLC,  and CTLA's Young Lawyers Committee Chaired by Alec Bates, The Flood Law Firm, PC and Chris Houlihan, RisCassi & Davis, PC, we continue to partner with EndDD.org to give distracted driving presentations to high schools and community groups across our state. Be our guest on Feb. 23rd to learn more about how you can help in your communities.
