In March of 2025, Jon Bak got a verdict of $1,257,250.00 on a $25,000 policy which was not timely tendered by Progressive. It was a motor vehicle accident where it was alleged that the defendant was intoxicated.  The plaintiff initially treated with a chiropractor and about a year after the accident saw a pain management specialist.  The underlying verdict was about 600k which the jury then doubled for recklessness.   Both parties testified through an interpreter.

In April of 2025, Gordon Goldsmith received a verdict against Progressive in Bridgeport.   It was a UIM case, where the tortfeasor had paid its $25,000 policy.  It was a disputed liability car accident.  The plaintiff and the plaintiff’s IME doctor were the only two witnesses.  After deliberating for two hours, the jury returned a verdict in the amount of $234,000.

In April of 2025, Steve Errante received a verdict of $22.8 million from a Stamford jury in a medical malpractice matter.  The case was brought on behalf of the estate of a woman who died during a C Section.  No offer was made on the case.
