Please join us for the 2023 Ugliest Seminar back in person on January 20th.  Our speakers will provide a comprehensive review of frequently encountered lien issues in Connecticut practice, including recent developments concerning Medicaid and Medicare Advantage liens.  Topics will include the statutory and common law framework for various liens in Connecticut.  Lien management will also be discussed including client and attorney obligations as to various liens and ways to reduce different lien claims.
