From Voir Dire to Verdict: Trial Demonstration of a Low Impact MVA Case

This case involves a rear end, low-impact car accident where the plaintiff suffered neck and back injuries (which resolved). The plaintiff has ongoing symptoms with her knee, for which her treating physician gave a 10% permanency rating. The treating doctor also indicates that the plaintiff is a surgical candidate. The DME testifies that no future surgery is necessary and issues a 0-2% permanency rating.
This program will include demonstrations of:
- Jury selection (get analysis and advice on juror profiles from our jury consultant),
- Opening statements
- Direct and cross examinations of the plaintiff, defendant, treating physician and defense physician
- Closing arguments
- JURY DELIBERATIONS - Watch the jury deliberate and deliver their verdict!
This program is appropriate for both newly-admitted and experienced attorneys and is approved in New York for 7.5 credit hours.
